Every class is fun, engaging, challenging and a good workout. The environment could not be more comfortable. With a max class size of 4, you get one on one guidance and every person I’ve been in class with has been super friendly. Lilly is delightful! She is encouraging and motivating. She encourages you to keep going, shows you the right way to do each move and I don’t think I’ve seen her without a smile.
I’m in her Ballet Body Boot Camp class. It’s really good. She caps it at 5 people due to space issues but by the end of the session, my butt and thighs hurt me. That means i’ll be nicely sculpted, right? ow.

Knowing my membership was to expire and following the terms of my contract, I personally went into the gym on 12⁄24 and told them I would not be renewing my membership. Kim (the employee with a name tag that said, «Kim») told me that I would have to pay a $ 58 fee to cancel. I explained I wasn’t canceling, just informing them that would not be renewing. This confused her (I suppose pelo one had ever cancelled?) and she said I would have to come back on Jan 24 to end my membership.

But now I LOVE THIS GYM! That being said, I’ve been working out since I was 15 and know all the equipment etc. For a newbie who they say they are catering to it might be academias que aceitam totalpass a little harder because they sign you up and send you on your way.
A lot of people complain on forums about this but hello?! they tell you up front they are not a bodybuilding or power lifting gym. so if that is what you are looking for, do not go here.
